| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá současným postavením cestovního ruchu ve světové ekonomice. Práce se zaměřuje na regionální rozložení mezinárodního cestovního ruchu, a to z hlediska počtu mezinárodních příjezdů, příjmů z mezinárodního cestovního ruchu i výdajů vynaložených na mezinárodní cestovní ruch. Důraz je kladen i na ekonomický význam cestovního ruchu, a to ve vztahu k HDP, zaměstnanosti, cenové stabilitě a vnější ekonomické rovnováze. Práce se věnuje i vybraným aktuálním otázkám v oblasti mezinárodního cestovního ruchu - sdílené ekonomice, Číně jako největšímu zdrojovému trhu mezinárodního cestovního ruchu, odchodu Velké Británie z Evropské Unie a udržitelnému rozvoji cestovního ruchu. V závěru práce nastiňuje předpokládaný vývoj cestovního ruchu a změny v jeho rozložení do roku 2030 dle Světové organizace cestovního ruchu. |

| Abstract: | The diploma thesis deals with the current position of tourism in the global economy. The work focuses on the regional layout of international tourism in terms of international arrivals, international tourism receipts and international tourism expenses. An emphasis is also put on the economic importance of tourism, mainly in relation to GDP, employment, price stability and balance of payment. The thesis is also focused on current issues in the field of international tourism - shared economy, China as the largest source market of international tourism, exit of the United Kingdom from the European Union and sustainable tourism development. The conclusion outlines the expected development of international tourism and its prospective changes in its layout by 2030 according to the data of the World Tourism Organization. |
