| Abstract: | Obsahem diplomové práce je zpracování strategické analýzy firmy za účelem získání finanční podpory z operačního programu ICT a sdílené služby. Ke strategické analýze firmy je v hrubých obrysech doplněna studie proveditelnosti projektu pro potřeby operačního programu. Úvodní část obsahuje popis jednotlivých částí strategické analýzy, studie proveditelnosti a systému čerpání z operačního programu Podnikání a inovace pro konkurenceschopnost, určený převážně pro malé a střední podniky. Samotná strategická analýza pak obsahuje PESTLE analýzu, metodu „4C“, analýzu odvětví, Porterův model 5 sil, interní analýzu, identifikaci klíčových příležitostí a hrozeb a silných a slabých stránek pro SWOT analýzu. |

| Abstract: | The thesis is focused on Stategic Analysis of Company which respect subsidy policy Operational Programme ICT and shared Services for obtain Grant from EU Funds. For the needs of the Operational Program is added in rough outlines a feasibility Study. The introductory part contains a description of the individual parts of the strategic Analysis, the feasibility Study and the financial policy system from the Operational Programme Enterprise and Innovation for Competitiveness, intended primarily for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. The strategic Analysis includes PESTEL Analysis, Method "4C", sector Analysis, Porter’s Five Forces Model, internal Analysis, identifying key Opportunities and Threats, and Strengths and Weaknesses for SWOT Analysis. |
