| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je odhad tržní hodnoty podniku společnosti Subterra a.s. ke dni ocenění 1.1.2014. Východiskem pro ocenění je strategická analýza, jejímž výstupem je prognóza tržeb oceňovaného podniku, která vychází z perspektiv stavebního trhu. Následně byla provedena finanční analýza potvrzující předpoklad going concern. Další kapitola se věnuje prognóze generátorů hodnoty, na základě které byl sestaven finanční plán. Samotné ocenění je provedeno metodou DCF Equity a doplňkově i metodou tržního porovnání. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to estimate the market value of the company Subterra a.s. as of 1st January 2014. The starting point for evaluation is strategic analysis, whose output is forecast of sales of the company, which is based on the perspectives of the construction market. Subsequently, the compiled financial analysis confirms the assumption of going concern. Another chapter is devoted to forecast of value drivers, on which basis the financial plan was set up. The actual evaluation is done using the DCF Equity method, and additionally also method of market comparison. |
