| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce s názvem Finanční gramotnost a její měření se zabývá velmi diskutovaným tématem dnešní doby. Finanční gramotnost představuje schopnost porozumět finančním záležitostem, ty využít ve svůj prospěch a zajistit si finanční blahobyt. Téma doprovází nejednotné definice a nestandardizovaný přístup k jejímu měření. Cílem práce je zodpovězení výzkumných otázek, které se zabývají vysvětlením vlastního pojmu v širším kontextu, popisem způsobů, jak lze finanční gramotnost měřit a především identifikací vlivů. Na základě těchto vlivů se člověk určitým způsobem chová ve finančních záležitostech, což má vliv nejen na současný život, ale i na budoucnost. Pro identifikování vlivů byla vybrána metoda myšlenkových map, která vzhledem k povaze problému představuje vhodný nástroj. Výstupem je mimo jiné zhodnocení toho, zda jsou současné způsoby měření schopny dostatečně identifikovat působící vlivy. |

| Abstract: | This Master thesis named Financial literacy and its measuring deals with mostly discussed topic nowadays. Financial literacy presents the ability to understand to financial matters, use them for human being welfare and for ensuring financial well-being. This topic is accompanied by disunited definitions and by unstandardized approaches to its measuring. The aim of this thesis is to answer the research questions which deal with the explanation of its own term in wide context, description of methods how to measure financial literacy and especially to deal with identifying the influences. According to this influences, human being acts in a certain way in financial matters and this has an impact not only on present life but also on its future. To identify these influences, the method of mind mapping was chosen as the best tool to this features. The output is, among others, the evaluation of present measurement methods and if they are able to identify the acting influences enough. |
