| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro nově vznikající cestovní agenturu. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Praktická část navazuje na informace představené v teoretické části a detailně analyzuje samotný podnik zaměřený na nízko nákladové cestování.
Čtenáři je představen cíl, se kterým podnik na trh vstupuje, produkty které bude zákazníkům nabízet, je analyzován trh konkurence i dodavatelů a podnikatelský plán je zakončen plánem marketingovým a finančním a na závěr následuje SWOT analýza, analýza rizik a vyhodnocení efektivnosti zamýšleného projektu. |

| Abstract: | The goal of the thesis is to create a business plan for the newly established travel agency. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The practical part is based on information presented in the theoretical part and presents detail analysis of the company itself focused on low-cost travelers.
In the begining is introduced the main vision with which the company enter the market and products which will be offered to customers. In the next phase is presented analysis of competitors and supliers and business plan is completed by marketing and financial plan, followed by a SWOT analysis, risk analysis and evaluation of the effectiveness of the proposed project. |
