| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou kolektivního investování v České republice a porovnáním několika podílových fondů dvou investičních společností. Důraz je kladen hlavně na propojení teorie s praxí. Cílem práce je porovnat vybrané fondy dle vybraných kritérií, ukázat metodologii oceňování a nastínit, jakým způsobem portfolio management vybírá aktiva, do kterých fond investuje. Úvodní část je seznámení s historií kolektivního investování v ČR, jeho výhody, nevýhody a rozdělení. Druhá část se zabývá oceňováním majetku fondů a strukturou aktiv. V závěrečné části je analýza fondů, jejich porovnání dle vyšlých dat a doporučení investorovi. |

| Abstract: | This bachelor thesis deals with issues of collective investments in the Czech Republic and comparison between several mutual funds of two investment companies. It puts great emphasis on connecting a theory with a practice. The goals are to compare chosen mutual funds, demonstrate a methodology of appraisal and outline how portfolio managers choose assets, which funds invest in. The opening part is an introduction with the history of collective investments in the Czech Republic, its advantages, disadvantages and division of investment funds. The second part is occupied by appreciating of mutual funds and the structure of its assets. Last chapter analyzes funds among itself according to chosen criterions and outlines the current market situation. At the end of the work is investment recommendation according to the results of data. |
