| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vývoj zahraniční imigrace v ČR zejména v letech 2009 - 2014. V první, teoretické části práce jsou objasněny hlavní pojmy a souvislosti z oblasti zahraniční migrace, legislativní rámec, strategické koncepty a dokumenty spojené s migrací. Dále jsou charakterizovány teoretické přístupy k zahraniční migraci. V druhé, praktické části je zkoumáno prostorové rozmístění imigrantů v ČR. Druhá část práce se dále zaměřuje na integraci imigrantů v ČR v letech 2009 - 2014, jejich trestnou činnost a postavení na trhu práce. Závěr práce ze zjištěných poznatků vyvozuje pozitivní a negativní jevy spojené se zahraniční imigrací. V neposlední řadě je hodnocena imigrační politika ČR, kde je zjištěno mírné zlepšení v oblasti integrační politiky za poslední roky. |

| Abstract: | The Master´s thesis is focused on the evolution of international immigration within the Czech Republic especially in the years 2009-2014. Basic terminology will be explored in the first theoretical part of the thesis, together with an explanation of migration theories and legislative framework, strategic concepts and documents related to migration. Furthermore, the theoretical approaches to the migration are characterized. The second part is examined the spatial distribution of immigrants in the Czech Republic. The second part is also focused on the integration of immigrants in the Czech Republic between 2009-2014, their crime activity and the labor market status. The conclusion of the thesis concludes the positive and negative effects related to foreign immigration. Furthermore, immigration policy of the Czech Republic is evaluated, where a slight improvement is observed in the recent years of integration policy ČR. |
