| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je vymezit role a činnosti interního auditu a controllingu a jejich zařazení do organizační struktury podniku. Obě profese jsou v mnohých ohledech velmi rozdílné, ale zároveň se v určitých směrech doplňují a překrývají. Práce se zaměřuje na vzájemný vztah těchto dvou oborů, který demonstruje jeho názornou ukázkou na praktickém příkladu v daném podniku.
Přínosem této diplomové práce je odkrytí jednotlivých činností interního auditu a controllingu v konkrétní firmě. Závěry a návrhy plynoucí z diplomové práce mohou být využitelné pro další postupy managementu zkoumaného podniku. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to define the roles and activities of internal audit and controlling and their inclusion in the organizational structure. Both professions are very different in many ways, but they are complementary overlapping in some ways. The work is focused on the relationship between these two disciplines, which is demonstrated on a practical example in the company.
The contribution of this thesis is to reveal the individual activities of internal audit and controlling in a particular company. The conclusions and suggestions arising from the thesis may be useful for other management practices. |
