| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je zanalyzovat proces získávání zaměstnanců ve společnosti XY, identifikovat silné a slabé stránky celého procesu a navrhnout případná opatření k možnému zlepšení a zefektivnění celého procesu. Diplomová práce je rozdělena
na 8 kapitol. Kapitoly 1-3 charakterizují základní teoretická východiska a základní pojmy. Kapitoly 4-8 jsou součástí praktické části, ve které je společnost XY představena, je popsán proces získávání zaměstnanců, zanalyzováno dotazníkové šetření a celý proces zhodnocen. |

| Abstract: | The main aim of this master thesis is to analyze the process of recruitment
in the company XY, identify strengths and weaknesses of the process and suggest a better solution. The master thesis is divided into eight chapters. Chapters 1-3 include
the theoretical background and define the essential terms. Chapters 4-8 include practical part, which introduces the company XY, described the process of recruitment, analyzed survey and evaluation of the entire process. |
