| Abstract: | Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá analýzou foriem financovania mladých technologických firiem, startu-pov. V teoretickej časti vymedzuje pojem start-up a základné delenie. Približuje priebeh životného cyklu start-upu, s akými investorskými subjekty sa start-up stretáva a aké formy financovania subjekty poskytujú. Praktická časť analyzuje investičné cykly dvoch konkrétnych spoločnosti a poukazuje na odlišnosti medzi nimi. Cieľom práce je dokázať jedinečnosť v investičnom rozhodovaní každého start-upu. |

Praktická část analyzuje investiční cykly dvou konkrétních společnosti a poukazuje na odlišnosti mezi nimi. Cílem práce je dokázat jedinečnost v investičním rozhodování každého start-upu. |

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of forms of financing for young technology companies, start-ups. The theoretical part defines a start-up company and basic division. Approaching the life cycle of start-up, identifies investor entities that start-ups face, and what forms of financing entities provide. The practical part analyzes the investment cycles of two concrete companies and highlights the differences between them. The aim of this work is to prove the uniqueness in the investment decisions of each start-up. |
