| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je představení fungování stavebního spoření v České republice, charakteristika produktů nabízených jednotlivými stavebními spořitelnami a jejich následná vzájemná komparace. V první části se práce zaměřuje na obecnou problematiku, týkající se především vývoje stavebního spoření do dnešní podoby, vysvětlením principu, na kterém je stavební spoření založeno a představením stavebních spořitelen působících na českém trhu. Praktická část práce se věnuje současné nabídce produktů jednotlivých stavebních spořitelen, zejména vymezením základních faktorů, které definují jejich podobu. V závěru práce je provedena komparace popsaných produktů pomocí modelových příkladů a jejich celkové zhodnocení. |

| Abstract: | A goal of this bachelor's thesis is to introduce the function of the building savings in Czech Republic, characteristic of products offered by particular building societies and their following mutual comparison. In the first part, thesis focuses on general issues, especially concerning the development of savings to its present form, explaining the principle on which it is based on and on introduction of building societies operating on the Czech market. The practical part is devoted to the current product offerings of individual building societies, particularly the definition of the basic factors that define their form. In conclusion thesis compare described products using the model examples and interpret the results. |
