| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem nemovitostí a jejich vykazováním a oceňováním podle české účetní legislativy a Mezinárodního účetního standardu pro malé a střední podniky. Cílem je poskytnout pohled na tyto dva účetní systémy a provést jejich komparaci v teoretické rovině. Praktická část znázorňuje problematiku vybraných odlišností na ilustrativním příkladu tří nemovitostí.

| Abstract: | Bachelor thesis deals with the topic of reporting and measurement of real estate according to Czech accounting legislation and International Financial Reporting Standard for small and medium-sized Entities. The aim of this thesis is to provide view of these two accounting systems and carry out their theoretic comparison. The practical part shows the issues of selected differences on the illustrative example of three properties. |
