| Abstract: | Předmětem této bakalářské práce je financování malých a středních podniku se zaměřením na poskytnutí bankovních úvěrů tomuto segmentu v České Republice. Cílem je vymezení specifik z pohledu banky, popis uvěrového procesu a v neposlední řadě popis rizik ovlivňujících banku při poskytnutí úvěru. V první části, věnuji pozornost teoretickému vymezení pojetí malých a středních podniků, popisu možností bankovního financování s větším důrazem kladeným na bankovní úvěry a úvěrový proces. Ve druhé části práce se zabývám finanční analýzou vybrané společnosti a následným zhodnocením dostupnosti úvěru pro tuto společnost. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this bachelor thesis deals with financing of small and medium-sized enterprises focused on providing of bank loans to these segment in Czech Republic. The aim is to define the specifics from the bank point of view, description of the credit process and last but not least description of the risks that affect the bank during the allowance of credit. In the first part, I pay attention to the theoretical definition of the concept of small and medium-sized enterprises, describe the possibility of bank financing with a greater emphasis on bank loans and the lending process. The second part deals with a financial analysis of the selected company and subsequent evaluation of the availability of credit to this company |
