| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na prvotní veřejnou nabídku akcií (IPO) na vybraných evropských burzách a jejich výnosnosti ve stanovených časových periodách v letech 2004 - 2014. Cílem práce je analýza výnosnosti vybraných IPO z technologického, far-maceutického a potravinářského sektoru, a to na Burze cenných papírů v Praze, Frank-furt Börse a The SIX Swiss Exchange. Sledovanými periodami výnosnosti těchto titulů jsou kalendářní týden, měsíc, tři měsíce, šest měsíců a rok od prvotní veřejné nabídky akcií. Výnosnost je také vztažena k pohybům hlavních indexů jednotlivých burz, kterými jsou PX, DAX a SLI. Hypotézou práce je pokles výnosnosti akcií v delším ob-dobí. |

| Abstract: | Diploma thesis is focuses on Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the selected European Exchanges and productivity of shares after IPO during the determined time periods since 2004 to 2014. Analysis of productivity over the technology sector, pharmaceutical sector and food and beverages sector on the Prague Stock Exchange, Frankfurt Börse and The SIX Swiss Exchange is main aim of the diploma thesis. Periods are indentified like calendar week, one month, three months, six months and one year from first trading day. Productivity is also apply to the comparison with primary index (PX, DAX and SLI). The hypothesis of this thesis is the decline in productivity of the shares in the longer term. |
