| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce se zabývá komparací fungování bankovních sektorů v České republice a Ruské federaci ve více vybraných oblastech s důrazem na regulatorní hledisko. V první části jsou stručně popsány základní pojmy týkající se bankovní regulace a dohledu. Druhá a třetí část je věnována vývoji regulatorních systémů České republiky a Ruské federaci s ohledem na významné události v bankovních sektorech příslušných zemí. Poslední kapitola představuje podrobnější srovnání bankovních sektorů v oblasti licencování, systémů pojištění vkladů, opatření proti praní špinavých peněz, dále jsou zohledněna rizika ze svrchovaných expozic a nesouladu splatnosti na bilancích bank, také jsou zde analyzovány hodnoty základních indikátorů finančního zdraví bankovních sektorů v souhrnu. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor's Thesis compares the functioning of the banking sector in the Czech Republic and Russian Federation in several areas with the emphasis on regulatory aspects. The first section briefly describes basic terms related to banking regulation and supervision.
The second and third part are devoted to the development of regulatory systems in the Czech Republic and Russian Federation with regard to significant events in the banking sectors of the countries concerned. The last chapter presents a detailed comparison of banking sectors
in the field of licensing, deposit insurance systems, measures against money laundering, as well as considers the risks of sovereign exposures and maturity mismatches on banks' balance sheets, also there is an analysis of the financial soundness indicators of the banking
sectors in general. |
