| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro domácí pečovatelskou službu a také vyhodnocení konkurenceschopnosti a potenciálu projektu. Práce je rozdělena do dvou základních částí. První část je částí teoretickou, která vychází z odborné literatury. Teoretická část definuje základní pojmy, náležitosti podnikatelského plánu a zásady pro jeho vytvoření. Praktická část je konkrétním sestavením podnikatelského plánu pro domácí pečovatelskou službu. Je zde popsáno přesné fungování služby, jsou charakterizovány cíle, trhy
i marketingové a obchodní strategie. Je také analyzována konkurence a sestaven realizační plán. Nejdůležitější bod představuje finanční plán, který ukazuje ziskovost projektu. Závěrem je provedeno zhodnocení výsledků. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the Master´s Thesis is to create a business plan for the company that provide home care services and also assess the competitiveness and potential of the project. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and it is based on the literature. The theoretical part defines basic terms, requirements and principles for the creation of the business plan. The practical part compiles concrete business plan for home care services. Business plan describes this service, characterizes goals of the company, markets and marketing and sales strategies. It also analyzes the competition and composes an implementation plan. The most important point is the financial plan, which shows the profitability of the project. Finally, there is the evaluation of the results. |
