| Abstract: | Práce se zabývá praktickým využitím matematického modelování. Cílem je vytvoření obecného matematického modelu pro rozdělení dětí do vyrovnaných oddílů na dětském táboře a následně řešení reálné úlohy. Skupiny musí být vyrovnané podle věku, pohlaví, zkušeností, fyzických a intelektuálních schopností. Zároveň model musí uvažovat preference dětí, s kým chtějí být ve skupině. V případě splnění preference dochází k synergickému efektu a výkonnost dítěte a celé skupiny se tím zvyšuje. Požadavkem zadavatele je, aby byly oddíly co nejsilnější, tedy bylo splněno co nejvíce preferencí dětí. |

| Abstract: | The bachelor thesis deals with the practical usage of mathematical modelling. The aim is to create a general model that can allocate children at summer camp accordingly to create balanced groups and then apply it to solve a real-life situation. Groups must be balanced considering sex, age, experience, physical and intellectual abilities. Preferences of individual children must also be considered, allowing them to choose to be in the same group as their friends. If the individual preferences are met, synergic effect is achieved, which leads to an increase in the performance of both individuals and the whole group. The model attempts to maximize the performance of all groups by meeting as many individual preferences as possible. |
