| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce si klade za cíl aplikovat teoretické poznatky z oblasti převodních cen při ověření nastavení převodních cen vybrané společnosti podnikající v oblasti inženýringu v souladu s principem tržního odstupu. První část práce se věnuje zejména rozboru platné legislativy a zavedené správní praxe v oblasti převodních cen, náležitostem dokumentace k převodním cenám a běžně využívaným metodám jejich stanovení. Druhou část práce tvoří případová studie spočívající v provedení srovnávací analýzy EBIT marže v odvětví inženýringu ve strojírenství a stavebnictví pomocí transakční metody čistého rozpětí a dále ve využití závěrů provedené srovnávací analýzy při hodnocení správnosti nastavení převodních cen vybrané společnosti. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to apply theoretical knowledge from the field of transfer pricing to verify transfer prices set by a selected company in the field of engineering according to arm's length principle. The first part of this thesis is focused on current transfer pricing legislation and administrative behaviour, transfer pricing documentation requirements and commonly used transfer pricing methods. The second part of this thesis consists of a case study including a comparative analysis of EBIT margin in the field of architectonic and technical engineering using the transactional net margin method. The results of this analysis are used to draw conclusions regarding the legitimacy of the company's transfer pricing policy. |
