| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá emisí a obchody s krátkodobými cennými papíry. První část práce se zaměřuje na obecnou charakteristiku cenných papírů, jejich vykazování a oceňování v účetnictví. Dále je zde věnována pozornost právní úpravě této problematiky a regulaci trhu cenných papírů. Druhá část podrobněji popisuje krátkodobé cenné papíry, jejich jednotlivé typy a proces emise. Třetí část se věnuje procesu obchodování se státními pokladničními poukázkami na primárním a sekundárním trhu a zohledňuje současnou situaci na trhu. Závěrečná čtvrtá část se zaměřuje na rizika spojena s investováním do krátkodobých cenných papírů. |

| Abstract: | This thesis deals with issues and trades with short-term securities. The first part of the thesis focuses on the general characteristics of the securities, their recognition and measurement in accounting. Further attention is paid to the legislation and regulation of the securities market. The second part describes in detail the short-term securities, their different types and the process of issuing. The third part deals with the process of trading with Treasury bills in the primary and secondary markets, and reflects the current market situation. The final fourth section focuses on the risks associated with investing in short-term securities. |
