| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je popis, analýza a porovnání možností financování bydlení v Bělorusku a ČR. Na začátku práce je dána obecná charakteristika dvěma základním možnostem: hypotéce a stavebnímu spoření. Druhá část práce je věnována financování bydlení v Bělorusku, včetně popisu aktuální hypoteční legislativy a nabídek vybraných bank. Třetí kapitola je zaměřena na možnosti financování bydlení v ČR a má shodnou strukturu jako předchozí kapitola. Na závěr této práce je uvedena modelová situace, která umožňuje lepší porovnání situací ve dvou zemích. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this diploma thesis is a description, analysis and comparison of the possibilities of housing financing in Belarus and the Czech Republic. Two basic possibilities, mortgage and building savings, are characterized at the beginning of the paper. The second part of the thesis deals with financing of housing in Belarus, including the description of the actual mortgage legislation and offers of some banks. The third chapter focuses on the options of financing of housing in the Czech Republic and has the same structure, as the previous chapter. In the last part of this thesis there is a model situation, which helps the better comparison of the situations in both countries. |
