| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo zmapovat změny v zákoně č. 202/1990 Sb. o loteriích a jiných podobných hrách od roku 2010 až po současnost a spojit význam loterijních společností s financováním sportu. Za pomocí analýzy, komparace v čase a následné syntézy bylo zjištěno, že loterijní společnosti přispívaly na sportovní účely do konce roku 2011 přímo, jelikož musely část svého výtěžku použít na veřejně prospěšné účely. Po novele, která nabyla platnost 1.1.2012, byla tato povinnost zrušena a zavedly se odvody z loterií, které šly z převážné většiny do rozpočtů obcí a zbytek do státního rozpočtu. Očekávalo se, že obce a stát nahradí podporu veřejně prospěšných účelů, ale toto už v zákoně stanovené není. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis was to map changes in the law no. 202/1990 Coll. on lotteries and other similar games from 2010 to the present and to combine the importance of lottery companies with financing sport. Using analyzes, comparisons over time and subsequent synthesis was found that the lottery companies contribute to sporting purposes by the end of 2011 directly, since they were part of their the yield used for public purposes. After the amendment, which came into force on 1 January 2012, this obligation was canceled and introduced a conscription on lotteries, which went from the majority into the municipal budgets and the rest to the state budget. It was expected that municipalities and the state will replace support public benefit purposes, but it has not specified in the law. |
