| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářská práce je provést finanční analýzu společnosti Magna Exteriors (Nymburk), s. r. o. a zhodnotit její finanční hospodaření a zdraví v letech 2010 až 2014. Práce je rozdělena do dvou významných částí. V první, metodické, jsou vymezeny použité postupy finanční analýzy, popsány ukazatele a modely predikce finanční tísně. V druhé části, analytické, je provedena za účelem zhodnocení finančního zdraví externí finanční analýza. Vypočtené hodnoty poměrových ukazatelů jsou srovnány nejen se souvisejícím odvětvím, ale také s další společností z koncernu Magna International. Závěr obsahuje shrnutí poznatků a doporučení pro budoucí řízení podniku. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this bachelor thesis is to conduct a financial analysis of the company Magna Exteriors (Nymburk), Inc. and evaluate its financial management and health between years 2010 and 2014. The thesis is divided into two main parts. The first methodical part defines used procedures of the financial analysis, describes the indicators and financial distress prediction models. In the second analytical part an external financial analysis is conducted to assess the financial health of the company. Calculated values of financial ratios are compared not only with related industry, but also with another company from Magna International group. The conclusion summarizes the results of the analysis and also contains recommendation for future financial management of the company. |
