| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce porovnává výdaje na zdravotnictví v zemích Česká republika, Švédsko a Velká Británie v letech 1995 - 2013. Zabývá se dělením výdajů na veřejné a soukromé a zdroji financování zdravotnictví vybraných zemí. V první kapitole je popsána typologie zdravotních systémů, jejich historické základy a současná podoba, do které se vyvinuly. Druhá kapitola se zabývá komparací zdravotních systémů České republiky, Švédska a Velké Británie. Třetí kapitola se věnuje podrobné analýze výdajů na zdravotnictví těchto zemí, a v kapitole čtvrté jsou popsány aktuální problémy v oblasti zdravotnictví. |

| Abstract: | This thesis compares expenditure on health in countries Czech Republic, Sweden and United Kingdom in years 1995 - 2013. More specifically, the thesis deals with public and private expenditure and financing of health in these countries. There is a description of typology of health care systems in the first chapter, it also contains information about their historical context and today's health care systems. The second chapter deals with comparison of health systems in countries Czech Republic, Sweden and United Kingdom. The third chapter engages with detailed analysis of health expenditure in these countries and in the fourth chapter current problems in health care are discussed. |
