| Abstract: | Bakalářská práce pojednává o problematice veřejných financí ve zdravotnictví v kontextu práva občana na informace. V první kapitole je vymezen pojmem eHealth a jsou popsány zákony týkající se svobodného přístupu k informacím. Druhá kapitola se zabývá finančními toky v českém zdravotnictví, následně analyzuje strategické plány vybraných veřejných institucí zabývajících rozvojem koncepce eHealth a již realizované projekty, které v posledních letech vznikly v České republice. Třetí kapitola se věnuje analýze praktického získávání informací od povinných subjektů. |

| Abstract: | The main topic of this bachelor thesis is a connection between public expenditure on healthcare and a citizen's right obtain information about these expenditures via Free Access to Information law. First chapter summarizes historically published definitions of eHealth and describes relevant laws which guarantees access to information. Second chapter inquire system of healthcare in the Czech Republic and strategic plans of selected public authorities which are dealing implementation of eHeath. Last chapter analysis actual responses of public institutions to information request which were sent under Free Access to Information law. |
