| Abstract: | Cílem práce je analyzovat ekonomické dopady vstupu firmy Amazon do ČR. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována jejímu vstupu na český e-commerce trh. V teoretické části je přiblíženo internetové obchodování a řešena jeho klasifikace. Dále jsou zde charakterizovány hlavní ekonomické ukazatele vztahující se k trhu e-commerce. Tyto teoretické informace poskytují podklady pro praktickou část. V praktické části je přiblížena firma Amazona a její dosavadní e-commerce úspěchy. Primárně však praktická část analyzuje český e-commerce trh a dopady vstupu firmy Amazon na něj. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to analyse the economic impacts of the entrance of Amazon into the Czech Republic. Special attention is paid to its entry onto the Czech e-commerce market. The theoretical part outlines an internet business and solves its classification. There are also characterized the major economic indicators related to e-commerce market in this part. Such information provides a theoretical basis for the practical part. There is presented the actual status of the company Amazon and its existing e-commerce success. Primarily the practical part analyses the Czech e-commerce market and the impact of Amazon entering it. |
