| Abstract: | Cílem této bakalářské práce je nastínit, a na příkladu Únětického pivovaru názorně ukázat, možnosti efektivního využití nemovitých industriálních památek. Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice památek výroby a techniky a jejich dělení. Zabývá se problematikou industriálního dědictví, hlavně z pohledu jeho ochrany. A dále představuje využití technických a průmyslových staveb k novým účelům a jeho financování. Praktická část se zaměřuje na Únětický pivovar, pojednává o počátečním rozhodování o investici a jeho reálném provozu. Součástí je zhodnocení jeho fungování, které obsahuje porovnání business plánu s realitou, finanční analýzu a také identifikování problémů a omezení s ním spojených. Na závěr jsou uvedeny návrhy na zlepšení do budoucna. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to outline the possibilities of effective usage of immovable industrial monuments. This is illustrated using the example of Únětice brewery. The theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the monuments of production and technology. It addresses the issue of protection of industrial monuments. It is also about usage technical and industrial buildings for a new purpose and its funding. The practical part focuses on Únětický brewery, describes the initial investment decision and its real operation. It includes an evaluation of its functioning, which contains comparison of business plan versus reality, financial analysis and identification of problems and restrictions, which are connected to the brewery. Finally, there are expressed ideas for the future improvement. |
