| Abstract: | Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jak hospodaří firma farmaceutického průmyslu a posoudit její finanční zdraví. Informace jsou čerpány z výročních zpráv firem, z dat Ministerstva průmyslu a obchodu, z českých i mezinárodních webových stránek věnujících se analýze farmaceutického odvětví a neposledně i z knížek s tématikou financí podniku a finanční analýzy.
Protože dosažené výsledky byly jiné než podle očekávání(očekávaly se vyšší hodnoty rentabilit), byl použit ke srovnání konkurent
a částečně i průměr odvětví. Společnost celkově finančně zdravá je, nemá problém se solventností, není zadlužená, očekávaly se od ní ale vyšší rentability, což se nepotvrdilo. Problém však netkví v tom, že by společnost nebyla zisková, ale spíš v jiné politice firmy
a odlišných pravidlech hospodaření s prostředky, které má k dispozici. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to figure out how a company of pharmaceutical industry is performing and to assess its financial health. The analysis is made for the period from 2011 to 2014. Informations are taken from the company annual reports, data of The Ministry of Industry and Trade, czech and international web sites dedicated to analysis of pharmaceutical industry and not least books with a theme of corporate finance and financial analysis.
Since the results achieved were not as expected(the higher rate of profitability was expected), a competitor and partly industry average were used for the comparison. In all, the company is financially healthy, it doesn't have problems with solvency, neither it is indebted. Even though higher profitability ratios were expected, it was not confirmed. The problem though doesn't lie in its unprofitability, rather it is due to a different company policy and different rules on the management of resources. |
