| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením investičního záměru společnosti Schools United s.r.o., který má za cíl vytvořit web pro učitelskou komunitu a strategicky tak upevnit pozici společnosti na trhu. Tato práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a dále praktickou. V teoretické části jsou popsány odborné pojmy, obsah a principy sestavení investičního záměru. Praktická část pak navazuje reálným sestavením investičního plánu včetně finančního plánu. V této práci využívám mimo jiné nástrojů citlivostní analýzy k určení potenciálních rizik projektu. |

| Abstract: | This thesis discusses the Schools United Ltd. investment plan of a new website, which aims to strategically consolidate the market position of the company and gain influence on the teaching community, which is also one of the target customers. This work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part describes the technical concepts, structure, content and principles of drawing up an investment plan. The practical part follows by real drawing up of an investment plan, including a financial plan. Part of this work is also sensitivity analysis that helps discover some of the potecial risks of this project. |
