Analýza se zaměřuje na organizátory sekundárních trhů na území České republiky, především na Burzu cenných papírů Praha, a.s., s využitím metod časové a teritoriální komparace. Práce obsahuje popis některých významných událostí transformujících český kapitálový trh do současné podoby. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to define the capital market in the Czech Republic. Moreover,the thesis attempts to describe the individual parts of the capital market that form a functional whole and it also mentions its historical development. The analysis is conducted by means of a temporal and territorial comparison and focuses on organizers of secondary markets in the Czech Republic, especially on the Prague Stock Exchange, a.s. The thesis describes some of the important events that have transformed the Czech capital market into its present state. |
