| Abstract: | Tato práce popisuje příjmy místních samospráv, převážně však daň z nemovitých věcí. Hlavním cílem je dokázat možnost financování opravy pozemních komunikací výnosem z daně z nemovitých věcí. Zpracovaná případová studie Řevnice potvrzuje, že v jejich případě by to bylo možné při zvýšení místního koeficientu na hodnotu 5. Dále je zde popsáno dalších pět obcí, které místní koeficient navýšily v minulosti a opravily komunikace za pomoci úvěru, který nyní splácí dodatečným výnosem daně. |

| Abstract: | This thesis describes revenues of local municipalities especially from local property tax. Main goal is to prove that repair of roads can be funded by revenue from local property tax. Case study in Řevnice confirmed it would be possible for them, if they increase local coefficient to multiply property tax income. Then there are five more municipalities described in the next segment, which increased their local coefficient in the past and repaired their road using a bank loan, which they repay with additional revenue from property tax. |
