| Abstract: | Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá franchisingem, přičemž se zaměřuje na americkou společnost Hooters. Cílem práce je vytvořit ucelený pohled na franchisingový koncept Hooters. Práce odhaluje fungování tohoto konceptu - v čem spočívá jeho úspěšnost, jak moc je finančně náročný a jaké jsou kladeny požadavky na žadatele o tuto franšízu. Výsledky této práce mají informovat potencionálního uchazeče, zda má dostatečné předpoklady, aby se stal franšizantem, a jaká kritéria musí splnit, aby se mohl ucházet o Hooters franšízu. |

| Abstract: | This Bachelor thesis deals with franchising and focuses on the American restaurant chain Hooters. The aim of the thesis is to create a comprehensive view of the Hooters franchise concept. The thesis reveals how this concept works - why it is so successful, how much it costs and what requirements are necessary for the franchise purchase. The results of this thesis are intended to inform any potential franchisee about the prerequisites and requirements which must be fulfilled to apply for the Hooters franchise. |
