| Abstract: | Tématem této práce je podnikatelská etika. Vysvětluje, co vše tato problematika obnáší a v první části se zaměří na, v současné době nejrozvinutější disciplínu této oblasti, společenskou odpovědnost firem. Následně se zabývá nejrozšířenějším nástrojem podnikatelské etiky, etickým kodex od jeho vývoje až po konkrétní příklad na organizaci Rotary International. Nezapomíná ukázat, jaký vliv má implementace etického chování na podnikatelské prostředí a jak působí na jednotlivé ekonomické vrstvy. V poslední části ukáže etická doporučení pro podnikatele ze strany Organizace pro ekonomickou spolupráci a rozvoj (OECD) a na provázanost podnikatelské etiky s řízením a správou společností. Závěrem jsou uvedeny tři reálné případy, kdy došlo k porušení etických zásad u známých společností a zjišťuje se úroveň etiky podniku Zlatnictví Margarita. |

| Abstract: | The subject of this thesis is business ethics. It explains everything that is a part of this topic. In the first part it describes, in these days, the most developed discipline of business ethics known as corporate social responsibility. Then it describes the most spreaded instrument of business ethics, the ethical code, from its historical evolution to a concrete example of the orginazation Rotary International. It does not forget to show the influence implementing the ethical behavior has and how it affects individual economic levels. In the last part there are shown recommendations for businessman made by the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Developement and how the business ethics are linked to corporate governance. Lastly there are three examples of ethical principles violations made by well known companies and I look into the level of ethics of a small business called Zlatnictví Margarita. |
