| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá vypracováním podnikatelského plánu, který by měl sloužit jako podklad pro otevření bistra. Práce je členěna na část obsahující teorii a část zaměřující se na zpracování samotného podnikatelského plánu, při jehož sestavování je vycházeno z teorie a znalostí a zkušeností majitelky podniku. Teoretická část vysvětluje pojmy související s podnikáním a popisuje sestavení podnikatelského plánu včetně jeho jednotlivých kroků. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with designing a business plan which would work well for founding a bistro. There are two main parts in the thesis. The first, theoretical, part explains terms connected to running a business and describes designing a business plan including all the steps in theory. The second part aims on designing the business plan. Experience and knowledge of a business owner is used while designing the plan. |
