Business plan based on a multiple scenario analysis

This diploma thesis is concerned with the strategic analysis for the purpose of creating a relevant business plan for the international expansion of a Novosibirsk dance studio. The diploma thesis consists of theoretical, methodological and practical parts. In the theoretical part there are the specifics of international expansion, existent types of entrepreneurship in the Czech Republic, fundamental concepts of composing a business plan and strategic analyses such as analysis of micro and macro environment, SWOT and multi scenario analyses. The main objecive of the theoretical part is to provide guiding frameworks for conducting analyses and writing a necessery business plan. The methodological part applies theoretical ground to practical realities. In the practical part, the basis of the above mentioned analyses are formulated and four scenarios of the events` course in the environment where company is going to operate. Further, for each of the scenarios there are composed business plans for which the specifics are reflected.
