| Abstract: | Táto diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou alternativních teorií firmy. Teoretická část práce je rozdělena na dvě kapitoly, jejichž cílem je seznámit čtenáře s daným tématem mikroekonomie. Na základě popsaných modelů, bude vysvětlen nejednoznačný přístup k této problematice. Následuje část výkladu která je věnována společenské odpovědnosti firem, neboli CSR. V dané kapitole jsou probrány koncepční východiska a modely CSR, které budou vztaženy k hlavnímu tématu diplomové práce - alternativním teoriím firmy, tím samým se pokusím odpovědět na otázku: Nemůže se nahlížet na koncepci společenské odpovědnosti firem jako na další alternativní teorii firmy? Následuje kapitola ve které problematika společenské odpovědnosti je popsána na příkladě společnosti Marks & Spencer, včetně stručného rozboru firemních CSR projektů. |

| Abstract: | This paper covers the issue of alternative theories of the firm. The theoretical part is separated into two chapters and their goal is to acquaint readers with this topic of microeconomics. On the base of described models will be explained ambiguous approach to theme. After this, follows the explanation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). This chapter contains conceptual bases and model of CSR, which reference to the main theme of the paper - alternative theories of the firm and help to answer the question: Can Corporate Social Responsibility be concerned as a theory of firm? The next chapter describes the concept of CSR at the examples of CSR projects in Marks & Spencer company. |
