| Abstract: | Obsahem této diplomové práce je vytvoření podnikatelského plánu pro projekt lékárny. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a analytickou. Východiskem pro teoretickou část je odborná literatura, na základě které byly stanovené nutné součásti analýzy současné situace na trhu a vymezena osnova pro podnikatelský plán. V analytické části jsou teoretické přístupy k tvoření podnikatelského plánu použity pro zhodnocení současné situace na trhu, příležitostí a hrozeb pro nový projekt a interní analýzu projektu. Součástí je i finanční plán pro pesimistickou, optimistickou a realistickou variantu. |

| Abstract: | The aim of the thesis is to formulate a business plan for a new pharmacy shop to be founded in the Olomouc city. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part covers especially a review of key theoretical concepts to be used for the elaboration of the business plan. It also covers a section on practical customer research conducted as a part of the thesis. The practical part is then composed of comprehensive strategic analysis that serves as the bases for the subsequent formulation of the business plan, that follows it. Eventually this section encompases also a self standing financial plan and an example of a detailed implementation plan to guide the realization of the zear of the project. |
