| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současných trendů v mezinárodním cestovním ruchu v Itálii. Tento průzkum je postaven na statistických údajích pocházejících ze zdrojů mezinárodních organizací zabývajících se turismem, ale také národních organizací a agentur. Také jsou zde zhodnoceny marketingové nástroje, kterými se Itálie snaží propagovat jako významná destinace cestovního ruchu v zahraničí. Případová studie tvořící 3. část diplomové práce je věnována Sardinii, kde jsou zmapovány místní atraktivity a také jsou zhodnoceny regionální statistiky týkající se turismu. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with an analysis of current trends in international tourism in Italy. This research is based on statistical data derived from the resources of international organizations dealing with tourism, but also national organizations and agencies. There are also evaluated marketing tools that Italy is trying to promote as an important tourism destination abroad. Case study which forms the third part of the thesis is devoted to Sardinia, where the research is focused on local attractions and also evaluates the regional statistics on tourism. |
