| Abstract: | Obsahem této bakalářské práce je finanční analýza podniku Carnex, spol. s.r.o. v období roku 2009 až 2014. Mým cílem je vyhodnotit finanční situaci společnosti, identifikovat její silná a slabá místa a porovnat její postavení s konkurenčními podniky v rámci mezipodnikového srovnání. Jako uživatele své finanční analýzy jsem zvolila věřitele. Práce se dělí na dvě základní kapitoly a to teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána metodika finanční analýzy a mezipodnikového srovnání. Jedná se například o horizontální a vertikální analýzu, výpočet poměrových a rozdílových ukazatelů, hodnotového ukazatele EVA, zlatá bilanční pravidla a bonitní a bankrotní modely. V navazující praktické části pak tyto předem definované metody výpočtů aplikuji na data o společnosti Carnex s.r.o. V závěru pak shrnuji ty nejdůležitější poznatky o finanční situaci a hodnotím vhodnost firmy pro věřitele. |

| Abstract: | The Bachelor´s Thesis contains the financial analysis of the company Carnex, spol. s.r.o. from 2009 to 2014. The main aim of my thesis is to assess the financial situation of the company, to identify its weak and strong points and compare the company with its competitors (intercompany comparison). The financial analysis is intended for the creditors´ point of view. The thesis is divided into two main parts: theoretical and practical. In theoretical part I describe the methods of financial analysis and intercompany comparison such as horizontal and vertical analysis, the ratio analysis, the difference analysis, the calculation of economic value added, the golden rules and the creditworthy and the bankruptcy models. In following practical part of my thesis I apply these methods using the data of the company Carnex, spol. s.r.o. At the end of the thesis there is a conclusion that includes the summary of the company´s financial situation and evaluation of the company from the creditors´ point of view. |
