| Abstract: | Tato diplomová práce se zabývá metodami, které používají investoři na českém trhu pro určení tržní hodnoty podniků. Hledá odpověď na otázku, proč investoři oceňují především pomocí metody tržního porovnání a zároveň zda existují rozdíly v absorpci hodnototvorných resp. cenotvorných informací mezi výnosovými metodami ocenění a metodami tržního porovnání. Práce zkoumá tuto problematiku pomocí dedukce. Závěry z obecné části aplikuje na případovou studii. Ta pojednává o akvizici závodu společnosti LESS&TIMBER s.r.o. společností Jet Investment a.s. |

| Abstract: | Given thesis examines methods used by investors on Czech capital market to estimate market value of enterprises. Its main question to answer is why do Czech investors use mainly the methods of valuation based on marked comparison and also are there differences in matter of price setting factors absorption between valuation methods based on market comparison and yield based methods? The thesis works with given topic mainly by method of deduction. General conclusions of the theoretical part of the work are applied on actual market data, namely acquisition of an enterprise of LESS&TIMBER s.r.o. by the Jet Investment a.s. |
