| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou pojistného podvodu. Práce je rozdělena do několika samostatných tematických celků. První část práce pojednává o problematice pojistného podvodu ve vztahu k právní legislativě, zejména k trestnímu zákonu, charakteristice pojistného podvodu, formách pojistného podvodu a o popisu pachatelů pojistných podvodů. V dalších částech je blíže specifikován postup pojišťoven při vyšetřování podvodných jednání a využívané metody pro řešení a odhalování pojistných podvodů. V závěrečné části práce je provedena analýza kauzy v oblasti životního pojištění, kde výsledkem je vymezení a zhodnocení možných preventivních opatření, které by měl vést ke snížení množství spáchaných pojistných podvodů. |

| Abstract: | The main topic of the Diploma thesis is Insurance fraud. The thesis is devided into several self - sufficient thematic chapters. First part is dealing with the Isurance Fraud in relation with legal legislation especially to criminal law adding Insured Fraud's charaterictic, forms and descriptions of perpetrators. In next chapters investigation of Insurance Companies is being specified and methods of revealing Insurance Frauds explicated. Final part of the thesis is devoted to the analysis of Life insurance Instance resulting in its evaluation defining possible preventive mitigations to reduce the amout of execution in Insurance Frauds. |
