| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu residenčního developerského projektu Garden Spot v Kladně, který zhodnocuje jeho životaschopnost, ziskovost, potenciál a rizika, a který bude v praxi využitelný jako informační základ pro jednání o prodeji projektu jako celku. Měl by být základním dokumentem pro oslovení potenciálních investorů poté, co se současný vlastník rozhodl věnovat své zdroje novým projektům. Práce tedy využívá teoretických znalostí prezentovaných v první části pro přípravu podnikatelského plánu rozšiřujícího informace o projektu pro nové potenciální investory. Jelikož práce odhalila ziskovost projektu nad očekávaný rámec, obsahuje v závěru i doporučení pro stávajícího vlastníka. |

| Abstract: | The aim of this thesis is to prepare a business plan for a residential development project Garden Spot in the city of Kladno, that would evaluate the project's viability, profitability, its potential and risks, and that will be usable in real life as an information basis for negotiations on the sale of the project as a whole. It should work as a basic document for addressing potential investors after the current owner decided to devote his resources to new projects. Thus, the work uses theoretical knowledge presented in its first part to prepare a business plan which expands the scope of information about the project for potential new investors. Since the work revealed the project profitability to exceed the expected level, the conclusion contains also recommendations for the current project owner. |
