| Abstract: | Práce Osobní pohoda u vysokoškolských studentů zkoumá vztah osobní pohody s několika dalšími proměnnými, jako jsou osobnostní rysy studentů, pozitivní orientace a dodržování zásad duševní hygieny. Výsledky zkoumání vztahu osobní pohody a osobnostních rysů jsou konfrontovány s již realizovanými výzkumy. Doposud nikdy nezkoumanou oblastí jsou však vztahy ostatních oblastí navzájem, jejichž výsledky práce prezentuje - vztah osobní pohody s pozitivní orientací a zásadami duševní hygieny. Provedená analýza vztahů byla směřována k vytvoření doporučení pro vysokoškolské studenty a jejich úspěšný průběh studia a snazší nástup do pracovního života. |

| Abstract: | Thesis Well-Being of university students looks into the relation of well-being to several other variables such as personality traits, positive orientation and adherence to the principles of mental hygiene. The results of the analysis of relations between well-being and personality traits are compared to existing researches. Never before have the relations between well-being, positive orientation and principles of mental hygiene been researched, this thesis looks into the relation between them. Thesis includes analysis of relations aiming at creating recommendations for university students for their more pleasant studies and easier beginning of their work lives. |
