Abstract: | Tato práce má za cíl popsat téma žen v leadershipu a zjistit, zda existuje styl vedení, který by bylo možné nazvat ženským leadershipem. Obsahuje také snahu o jeho popsání. Dále se práce snaží o sestavení seznamu charakteristik, které by měla mít dobrá vedoucí pracovnice. K dosažení těchto cílů je provedeno šetření jak formou dotazníku, tak rozhovorů. Z výzkumu plyne, že neexistuje jednotný styl vedení, který by bylo možné chápat jako ženský leadership a tak alespoň přehledně popisuje přístupy k vedení a názory respondentek na téma žen v rolích leaderů. Z dotazníkového šetření jsou pak vytvořený návrh úpravy seznamu charakteristik dobré vedoucí pracovnice. |

Abstract: | This work aims to describe the topic of women in leadership and to find out, if there is a style that should be called female leadership. The author is also willing to describe this style. The second goal is to prepare a list of traits that a good female leader should have. To attain these goals author does a research using a simple questionnaire and interview method and tries to analyse data according to the meaning hidden under the statements. According to the results, it seems that there is no unique style that should be considered as female leadership, so there is at least a well-structured list of different leadership styles and opinions of 15 women on female leadership and the situation of women in this area of interest. There is also a list of traits that a good female leader should have at the end of this work. |
