Diplomová práce se zabývá cestou irské ekonomiky z krize, do které se dostala po vypuknutí světové finanční a ekonomické krize. Cílem práce je podat ucelenou analýzu hlavních protikrizových opatření, které irská vláda přijala pro přechod z hospodářské recese na cestu hospodářského růstu. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř hlavních kapitol. První kapitola pojednává o přeměně Keltského tygra na PIIGS, shrnuje průběh krize v Irsku a vývoj ekonomické situace v Irsku od zahájení hlavních protikrizových opatření až po současnost. Ve druhé kapitole je rozebrán tzv. National Recovery Plan 2011-2014 - ucelený seznam opatření, sestavený irskou vládou, na základě kterého mohlo Irsko čerpat finanční prostředky z Programu finanční podpory pro Irsko v případě, že bude plnit cíle v něm stanovené. Třetí kapitola se zabývá činností agentury NAMA a opatřeními na záchanu irských bank. Ve čtvrté kapitole pak popisuji finální dopady přijatých opatření na konkurenceschopnost a vnitřní a vnější ekonomickou rovnováhu Irska. |

| Abstract: |
Diploma thesis deals with the crisis recovery of Ireland, in which this country appeared after the outbreak of the Global financial and economic crisis. The aim of this thesis is to give a coherent analysis of main recovery measures, which were taken by Government of Ireland in order to transfer economic recession into economic growth. The thesis is divided into four main chapters. The first chapter describes how the Celtic Tiger became one of the PIIGS countries, summarizes course of the crisis and development of economic situation in Ireland after applying main recovery measures until today. The second chapter is focused on National Recovery Plan 2011-2014 - measures formed by Government of Ireland, which allow Ireland to gain financial help from European Union and International Monetary Fund (Programme of Financial Support for Ireland), in case Ireland will fulfill them. Third chapter is focused on NAMA agency activities and measures taken in order to save Irish bank system. The fourth chapter describes final impacts of recovery measures on internal and external balance and global competitiveness of Ireland. |
