| Abstract: | Tato disertační práce vznikla s cílem rozšířit dosavadní poznání v oblasti organizačního designu. Konkrétně se zaměřuje na jednotlivé faktory organizačního designu a jejich komparaci v malých a středních podnicích v České republice a v Rakousku. Práce je strukturována do několika částí. Byla provedena literární rešerše rozebírající jednotlivé modely organizačního designu a provedené předchozí výzkumy k tématu. V analytické části práce jsou metodami statistické analýzy verifikovány stanovené hypotézy. V návrhové části byl navržen vlastní model organizačního designu a shrnuta doporučení pro české podnikatele v Rakousku a pro rakouské podnikatele v ČR. |

| Abstract: | The objective of this doctoral dissertation is to extend the existing knowledge in the area of organizational design. Specifically, the dissertation focuses on particular factors of organizational design and their comparison in small and medium-sized enterprises in the Czech Republic and Austria. The dissertation is divided into several parts. A professional literature review related to models of organizational design and to previous researches in this field was conducted. In the analytical part of the thesis, methods of statistical analysis are employed to verify the hypotheses. In the proposal part an own organizational design model was designed and recommendations for Czech entrepreneurs in Austria and Austrian entrepreneurs in the Czech Republic were summarized. |
