| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se věnuje analýze současného trhu pojištění právní ochrany v České republice. Pojištění právní ochrany je specifický, málo známý pojistný produkt a tato diplomová práce by měla pomoci k lepší orientaci v dané oblasti. Teoretická část práce seznamuje s principem fungování pojištění právní ochrany, důvody jeho vzniku a charakterizuje jednotlivé pojistné produkty. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na aktuální postavení pojištění právní ochrany na českém pojistném trhu a na analýzu konkrétní nabídky produktů jednotlivých pojišťoven. Následně byla u čtyř vybraných pojišťoven provedena komparativní analýza produktu pojištění právní ochrany rodiny. V závěru práce je porovnána úroveň pojištění právní ochrany v České republice a ostatních zemích Evropy. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this diploma thesis is the analysis of the current legal protection insurance market in the Czech Republic. Legal expenses insurance is a specific insurance product which is not widely known. This thesis should help in better understanding of this area. The theoretical part of this thesis introduces the principles of legal protection insurance, the reasons of its genesis and describes the products of legal expenses insurance in general. The main part of this thesis is focused on the present legal protection insurance role in the Czech insurance market and analyzes the current offer of the legal protection insurance products of insurance companies. Next follows the comparative analysis of the product of legal expenses insurance for families offered by four insurance companies. The comparison of the level of legal protection insurance in the Czech Republic and other European countries completes this thesis. |
