| Abstract: | Cílem této diplomové práce je stanovení hodnoty společnosti ŠKODA AUTO a.s. k 31. 12. 2014. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. Část teoretická popisuje metodiku oceňování a poskytuje východisko pro část praktickou. Část praktická obsahuje představení společnosti, strategickou a finanční analýzu, prognózu tržeb a dalších generátorů hodnoty, finanční plán a samotné ocenění. Pro ocenění společnosti byla jako základní metoda použita metoda DCF ve variantě FCFF, z důvodu srovnání je doplněna i ve variantě EVA. |

| Abstract: | The goal of this thesis is to estimate the market value of company ŠKODA AUTO a.s. to the 31st December 2014. The thesis consists of two parts. The theoretical part describes methods of valuation and provides with the foundation for the application part. The application part contains company introduction, strategic and financial analysis, prognosis of revenues and other value drivers, financial plan and valuation of the company. For valuation DCF method - FCFF as major method and EVA for comparison - were applied. |
