| Abstract: | Cílem diplomové práce je sestavení podnikatelského plánu pro nově vznikající firmu FIT FOOD CHAIN s.r.o., jež bude provozovat restauraci "fastfoodového" typu. Stěžejní částí podnikatelského plánu je finanční plán vypracovaný ve dvou variantách (pesimistické a optimistické) na první tři roky provozu restaurace. Ten vyjadřuje předpokládaný vývoj podniku a udává představu o výši prodejů potřebných pro jeho životaschopnost. Následná finanční analýza je zaměřena především na návratnost investice a likviditu. V marketingovém plánu je důkladně popsáno budoucí fungování podniku. Důraz je také kladen na analýzu konkurence a okolního prostředí podniku. Časový rámec projektu spolu se všemi potřebnými kroky od založení společnosti až po otevření restaurace jsou zpracovány v operačním plánu. Teoretický základ a metodika použitá v praktické části jsou popsány v teoreticko-metodologické části práce. |

| Abstract: | The objective of this diploma thesis is to create a business plan for the emerging company FIT FOOD CHAIN s.r.o., which will be operating a fast food restaurant. The central part of this document is to outline the financial plan for three in two scenarios: optimistic and pesimistic. This plan expresses the expected development of the company and gives an idea about sales required for its viability. Subsequent financial analysis is mainly focused on return on investment and liquidity. Functioning of the business operations is thoroughly described in the marketing plan. Emphasis is also placed on the competition and external analysis. The operational plan include timeline and action items needed from the foundation of the company to the opening of the restaurant. Theoretical base and the methodology used in the practical part are described in the theoretical part of the thesis. |
