Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to investigate the current recruitment reality of companies from different industries, and to identify the key future trends. In the first part the historical developments of the labor market are detailed, leading to the current situation of high unemployment and at the same time a lack of fitting talent. This paradox leads to challenges for recruiters. Thus, in a next step, the key trends in recruitment based on literature research are identified and described. In order to identify the trends, that are actually of importance, the practical part of this thesis summarizes the conducted in-depth interviews with recruiting experts and a selection of 15 Case studies of Best pratice companies in recruitment. In conclusion the key trends based on comparison of theoretical and practical findings are identified and a possible model of future recruitment is created.
