| Abstract: | Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou hodnocení efektivnosti a rizika investičních projektů. Obsahem teoretické části práce je vymezení pojmu investiční projekt a jeho vztah k oblasti investičního rozhodování a kapitálového plánování, přehled metod hodnocení efektivnosti investičních projektů a druhy podnikatelského rizika a způsoby ochrany proti němu. Práce obsahuje kapitolu popisující společnost Volvo Group Czech Republic s.r.o. Teoretické poznatky týkající se hodnocení efektivnosti a rizika investičního projektu jsou dále využity v rámci praktické části práce při zhodnocení efektivnosti a rizik reálného investičního projektu -- servisního střediska společnosti Volvo. |

| Abstract: | The thesis deals with the issue of evaluation of the effectiveness and risks of the investment projects. The content of the theoretical part of the paper is definition of the term investment project and its link to investment decision and the capital planning, the overview of the evaluation methods of effectiveness of investment projects and the types of risk and protection against risk. The thesis contains of the chapter describing the company Volvo Group Czech Republic s.r.o. The theoretical knowledge about the evaluation of effectiveness and risks of the investment project is used in the practical part of the paper for the evaluation of effectiveness and risks of the real investment project - service centre of the company Volvo. |
